The film stars Sivakarthikeyan, Devayani, Sonakshi Sinha and Charan Raj, while Silambarasan plays the film's antagonist. The film began production in March 2015 and began an official release on 15 October 2016. The film is also dubbed into Hindi as Love-Indestructible.
Plot
Lingam (Sivakarthikeyan) is a married man. He lives with his wife Tanu (Devayani). His only child is 11-year-old Srimathy (Sushama). The reason behind his marriage is money. He got married to pay off loans. He does not have any love in his life. He and his wife are complete opposites. Tanu likes to listen to music, sing, dance and likes to spend time with family and friends.
Annan (Charan Raj) is a billionaire. He is Lingam's best friend and loves to spend time with Lingam. He too has a wife. Malathi (Sonakshi Sinha) is Annan's wife and she is intelligent, possesses good manners and looks beautiful. Ananya is Annan's niece who resembles her. She is a typical spoilt rich kid who takes all of Annan's time and does not do any work. She is a very famous model in Thailand. She is also in love with Annan. Ananya is Lingam's sister and is an exact replica of her. Ananya doesn't like having to follow anyone, she likes to be free and goes on a trip to Switzerland to bring back another fiancée. She comes to know that Annan's wife Malathi is her sister. She has a confrontation with Malathi and is rejected by her. A little later, Ananya again comes to know that she has a twin and she is actually Ananya's twin. Ananya wants her to be her mother and wants to live with her. She starts to grow up and becomes a mature adult.
In the present, Lingam is now rich and married to Tanu. He is ready to work hard to make a career in the US. While he is on a trip, he receives a call from his wife and is informed that his younger daughter Srimathy wants to meet her father.
